What Is The Easiest Way To Lose Weight Fast

You Need A Game Plan

There's a reason you are interested in losing weight. Usually it's because you are sufficiently overweight to feel uncomfortable. And while we bemoan the fact, we usually have an idea how we came to be this way . . . too much pizza, maybe we're a little to hungry for sweets. Just how many soda's a day is too many?

The first thing we need to do is to take stock of our behavior. What are the things we know we need to give up in order to be healthy. For many of us simply giving up the sodas is enough. I promise, you can live without them, and actually get so you'd prefer to have something as disgusting as water.

Sometimes You Need A More Detailed Plan

Doing the obvious, like giving up sodas may not be enough. And often its not fast enough. What if you need to lose for a special occassion like a wedding or a reunion? What if time is of the essence?

When you need to lose a significant amount of weight or if you need to lose the weight quickly, you need to find a diet plan. But what sort of plan is best? The answer to that is different for everyone. What works for me might not work for you.

For years I tried to diet the way my friends did. I tried eating just what they did, only to find my weight kept climbing. I finally realized that different body types need different diet types. But take heart, its fairly easy to determine what's best for you.

Testing, Testing, One, Two, Three

Tomorrow at lunch, eat a meal fairly high in carbohydrates (complex carbohydrates that is - we all know simple carbohydrates are bad for you) and then on a scale of 1-10, write down how you feel one hour after eating, two hours after eating and then again three hours after eating.

Are you hungry, tired, irritable or sleepy? Then the next day add more protein to your diet and cut back a little on the carbohydrates. Change your diet each day adding a little more protien and cutting some of the carbs. As the days go by you will begin to feel differently as your diet changes.

Your goal is to come to a point where you feel comfortably full, alert, satisfied and ready to continue your day - rather than tired, irritable, sleepy or hungry again. You'll then know what type diet best satisfies your body.

Then search out a diet plan which incorporates that type of diet. Low fat and complex carbs or low carb and high protein - or maybe some combination in between. This will get you a diet which will be right for your body type.

No more feeling tired or constantly hungry. By first determining what combination best satisfies your body, you will be able to determine the diet best for you. And if you choose your diet wisely, you can find a plan that will keep your metabolism high, and increase your weight lose in the fastest time possible.
