HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST


Obesity is a matter of great concern in many countries around the world. People are suffering from obesity, due to regular intake of fast food such as pizzas, hot dogs, potato chips, cookies and soft drinks (in big quantity). If we add to that eating big quantity of meat (full of hormones for fast growth of the cattle), big quantity of milk and diary products (full of same hormones), and big intake of bear and other types of alcohol, and various medicaments for calming down (which slow down the metabolism) gaining the overweight is guranteed.

Of course, people today very rarely walk or exercize and problem becomes even worse.

How to lose weight fast - on natural way

Natural cure for overweight and obesity is the following:

No microwave cooking!

No alcohol as well!

No diet pills !

The best point is that one does need to count calories while eating such food, and can eat as much as he/she wants. Meat is replaced by various soy products (dehidrated soy-meat products can be prepared on the same way as meat), or with seitan. Various beans and legumes also replace the proteins in meat.

For people who think that they cannot live without meat, it can be included into diet once or twice per weak, during the lunch, in small quantities. Seafood or fish once or twice per weak can be also OK, altough with any meat intake, body looses the weight slower. Meat products should be combined only with the vegetables during the meal, not with carbohydrats.

No eating late, after 8. If someone is really hungry in the evening, vegetable salat can be OK.

I tested this system with other people, and yes - it is working! For everybody!

My boyfriend lost circa 40 pounds in 3 months when I was preparing him the meals plus we were hiking every second weekend and regularly walk.

BTW, the best vegeterian diet is macrobiotic diet, it is good to follow main principles of it - it really balances body and soul and overweight also just goes away.

Eat your food slowly, chew a lot, and make 5 minutes pauses every now and on. You will discover for sure that after the pause, so often you do not feel hunger any more, because information about your full stomach finally came to the brain.
