For years I used to see the incredible transformation pictures of people who would swear by a certain weight loss program. I would usually quickly leave whatever website I was on or change the channel. I think my main turnoff about seeing people dramatically improve their bodies over a relatively short period of time was that I never thought it would be possible for me to get the same life-changing results.
