Losing weight was never this easy. Have no willpower? This program requires NONE!

Step one to a thinner self.

    Diet to most people means, ‘the time you use to get attention from all the people whom you are telling about you, going on the diet’.

Like smokers, obese people fall into a category. There are always underlying causes to both.

Obesity should be classified as a mental health issue and treated as such.

    Looking deep within yourself, you will notice that you have some insecurity resulting from issues in your childhood.

    More often than not, your insecurity stems from depression which is caused by an incident or incidents during your childhood.

    The first step to freedom from obesity is the ability to understanding the insecurity, which causes the depression, which causes the need to munch yourself into oblivion, which causes you to become more depressed and insecure, which….

    There are NO diets which will work for you if you ignore your inner self screaming out to be saved.

    We live in a world of carelessness, where people don’t care for each other. More and more insecurity causes more and more eating. You become fatter and fatter and…. Money issues compound the problem and so do people taking advantage of the fat girl/boy.

    Obese people have a need to be accepted. Society sees their kindness and willingness to help as a weakness and those people tend to take and take until the obese person dives into a new depressed depth, which causes him or her to withdraw into the only safe zone they know, which is food.

Don’t despair! There is help and I’ll tell you how to get out of the groove you are in.

    You can use as many diets as you wish! Liquid diets are at the order of the day. Machines which juice everything from fruit to carrots and celery can be found all over the shops. Truth be told, we get back to the issue of people taking advantage of the disadvantaged.

    Companies spend millions in developing over the counter remedies and advertising these goods in such a way as to seem like they, the manufacturers, actually care!

    Heck yes, they care! They care about profits and they know full well that you will fall for their ads every time, over and over.

    Just like there is an underlying issue with the reason people smoke or drink or use drugs, there is also an underlying issue with you eating.

    Only you can analyze your past. Some children were abused, raped or beaten. Some just grew up in a loveless home. The point is that EVERYONE needs a safe zone and yours is in eating.

    You eat because you have a need to feel comforted. You diet because you want to punish yourself for not being able to lose weight. Dieting gives you the excuse to let people understand that you have tried, but, "nothing works for me!"

    STOP. Sit in front of a mirror every morning and every night and look deep into your eyes. Find the person inside. Open your mind to the past. Understand what the underlying cause is of your insecurity and banish it from your life. Get help from a counselor at the church or hospital.

    The first step in avoiding an accident is to pay attention to the road signs. Sit down and remember as far back as possible. Yes it hurts, but that is good. No pain, the "no gain rule applies!

    Search and destroy these memories. Don’t hide from them. Addiction causes guilt and guilt causes you to withdraw into a comfort zone, which is FOOD..

    Make friends with yourself in the mirror. Accept yourself as you are. Don’t fight yourself. It’s a losing battle.

Now half the fight is won!

Lifestyle is the ONLY answer.

So, now you are starting to trust and understand yourself. What now?

Just like your car needs the right gas and oil, so do you.

    Put rubbish, get rubbish. You cannot put huge amounts of carbohydrates in your body and expect it to disappear overnight! You have to learn to behave yourself. Remember the road signs? Follow them every moment of every day.

    Losing weight and keeping it lost, is a way of life. The problem with weight loss diets are that they tell people that it will lose them a huge amount of weight over a short period of time.

    What’s the rush? Why do you wish to lose 20 Pounds in a month opposed to losing 50 pounds over the next two years? Where’s the fire?

You have been obese for so long. Another year or two won’t really make a difference!

    Don’t get me wrong. Diet suppressants have a place in your medicine cabinet. Just like the body needs antibiotics to fight sickness, so you need help with your diet.

    The first thing though, is not to exchange one evil for another! Take responsibility for yourself. Find out who you are and what caused the issues which cause you to binge. That is step 1.

    Now find an appetite suppressant which will agree with you. This will assist you in limiting the amount of food you need.

    The golden rule for anyone is to eat until you are not hungry anymore. DO NOT EAT UNTIL YOUR'E FULL!!! Drink a glass of clean water before every meal. This is sooo important. It assists your digestive system to process what you eat.

Step two is now complete.

Step 3 is the easiest.

    YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! Please do yourself a favor. Eat healthy. This cannot be overemphasized!

    Eating huge amounts of pizza, potatoes, chocolate and popcorn will only cause you to fail. As we have learned, failure is the number one reason for a guilty conscience, which causes you to become depressed and causes you to over-eat which…

Plan your diet in a responsible manner.

    You can have all the nice foods you love so much but the golden rule is again to be responsible.

    One slice of pizza, once or twice a week won’t hurt. One or two potatoes or a scoop of rice never killed anyone. Mix fruit, vegetables, and a small amount of suppressant with a common sense and you CANNOT fail.
