I know how hard it can be to loose weight especially when you have tried many diet plans already without getting the weight loss results you desire, but I am going to show you how to lose weight fast and get a sexy looking thin toned body by revealing the weight loss friendly foods that a good friend of mine uses to get into shape for vacation.
How to Diet to lose inches and get thin;
Avoid coke and sprite etc especially diet, sugar and desserts, bread, fried or junk food.
Try to stick with lean meats and fish with brown rice and a generous portion of vegetables.
Snack on fruits like grapefruit and oranges etc, low fat yogurts and drink plenty of water.
Enjoy dairy products, but only low or no fat, low fat in restraint.
If you need to get thin fast and loose extra pounds then you should also learn that to get the best results you will want to do some form of exercise. Do some light weight lifting with a high repetition rate, jogging is great and maybe crunches and leg raises, depending really on where you want to target the weight loss. You don’t have to do all of these at once but if you alternate most of these weekly you will be sure to lose inches and get thin fast. My friend rarely goes down the gym to do these exercises and gets thin fast every time.
Another thing you should try to remember when dieting for weight loss is the actual reason you are on the diet in the first place. Your reason might be to look more attractive for your partner, to help meet a new partner or look sexy on the beach.
I’m really trying to emphasise to you the importance of you understanding what is driving you to lose inches and get thin, because if you know this you will be able to imagine your life without that problem being there anymore and realise how much happier you would be. Focus on this and tell yourself that you don’t need to be unhappy anymore and that you really can achieve anything if you want it badly enough.
