Eat fruits everyday and stay away from too much fatty foods from the restaurants. If you can handle eating fresh vegetables with fish that would be the best. The effects are not like drinking green tea that squeezes your stomach tightly and then make you really tired.But green vegetables will clean up all the fats that stored in your system.Heavy meal is fine as long as you have vegetables with it.


Those ways and steps in losing weight won't have any effects in yourself if you are not willing to work it out.

There are many ways and programs or weight loss products in the market but if you cannot control in eating then it won't give anything in return.

Diet pills and bypass surgery will give you a start to really lose weight but if you have health problems that might not be good for you.
