My Impression of Lindora™
Lindora™ was created by a physician from Southern California nearly 40 years ago. The motivation for it was the loss of a loved one who died from obesity related complications. As a result the founder set out to create a system that would significantly help and reduce the health risks for those in danger caused by obesity. Incidentally, the system has also become popular with those that have medical conditions and require monitoring. The system was designed to help people lose weight quickly and safely. The rationale of the program is transformation of eating habits and a new approach to living a healthy life. During the course of the program progress is monitored by a physician and clients regularly visit a Lindora™ Clinic. Clients also have the option of following the same program online or by telephone. The important thing to note is that their system isn’t set up to leave you figuring out the diet on your own. Their Lean for Life Program® employs strategies to help the client on many levels including physically and mentally with the goal of long term weight control as opposed to a quick-fix diet. In order to personalize the program to fit your needs, they will check your blood, blood pressure, and body composition analysis. The diet of this program is built on a low-carb and low fat system. They also encourage clients to engage in moderate exercise as part of their commitment to a healthy lifestyle and rapid fat loss.
Lindora™ Components And The Company’s Claims
Each Lean For Life® program segment is approximately 45 days. Lindor™ doesn’t make ridiculous fat loss claims resulting from their 45 days program, this is simply how the segments work out. The 45 days breaks down to several sections. The first few days are designed to initiate rapid weight loss, which consists of high water intake and high protein. Following the initial section the client transitions into the diet part of the program which is also the longest section. During the next section they add a few different kinds of food to avoid becoming accustomed to the diet which will keep the body in a rapid weight loss state. The Lean For Life® requires the client to change what they are eating more than the frequency of their meals; they allow 3 meals a day and 3 snacks. Much of the food appears to be appealing. They offer protein bars, pudding, shakes, etc. The food, however, is rich in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates.
Potential Problems With Lindora™
The two biggest problems one might run into using this program are location and cost. Virtually all of their clinics are located in Southern California. If you require monitoring or even prefer it as opposed to trying to tackle the diet on your own, this may not work for you. Also, if you can’t visit a location you will need to be sure to purchase the products in advance to avoid running out. In addition to location, cost may become a factor. It averages around $160 every 45 days which may add up depending on your weight loss goals.
What Do I Think About Lindora™
I think Lindora™ is an ideal program for someone that would like to lose a significant amount of weight. Their monitoring system is a key component of the program and I think it holds people accountable to meet their dieting goals. The program has been around for nearly 40 years and has grown significantly over time. This seems to indicate steady growth instead of it becoming a craze and dying out in a few short years. Nevertheless, it’s important to consult a physician prior to engaging in a diet program to see what your needs are as an individual.
What Others Are Saying About Lindora™
Since this program has been around so long, there is no shortage of reviews. Many people have used this program for years and have lost significant amounts of weight. Others view the program negatively and give it less than positive reviews. If you live in the Southern California area, you may have the unique advantage of visiting a center yourself and have your questions answered.
