When it comes to losing weight, probably the most common question asked is "What is the Best Dietplan to follow?" The answer to this question is almost always the same and the answer shocks many people. "The best dietplan to follow is to follow NO diet at all." How could anyone in their right mind or that promotes health tell you not to follow a diet?"

A common mistake most people make is starving themselves in order to lose pounds fast. You do not have to feel hungry constantly to feel like you are losing wieght. The opposite of this actually the truth. Everyones body needs adequate nourishment and nutrition in order to shed pounds. Three meals a day are important, but snacking can be just as important. Snacking on foods like nuts, fruits and other healthy snacks can keep you from feeling hungry all the time and it will also control the cravings.
