Are You Ready for It?
First off forget about your weight! That is the one thing that people think of when they decide to go on a diet and end up giving up because they think its impossible to lose a few pounds. Now this plan will give you the benefit than any other diet food plans because to tell you the truth to lose weight quick you need to do it the unhealthy way. You do NOT lose 10 pounds in two weeks if you do it the healthy way. There is no way on earth so those ads and links that lead you to lose those pounds quickly are wrong. Now this diet isn't that unhealthy which I am saying truthfully but it does work. I am telling you this now. Are you ready for it? Do not read on if you dont think you cant handle it because it's hard but you have to be confident in doing so or you wont lose those pounds and look like the stars and the celebrities on television.
The Food Plan
No junk food, no soda and abosolutly no alcohol! Please try to keep that under control. I think you will be satisfied with your results and it is just two weeks that you can't have none of it. Now for breakfast you can mix it up...how about every other day. On the first day you should have two packets of oatmeal. You dont have to go the plain way, I am not that hard on you but you can have the flavored ones like strawberries and cream and those other cream ones too. As well as a banana. You need your breakfast because your energy from what you eat during the morning helps you get through the rest of your day. Now if you want to switch things up you should have three eggwhites with two pieces of bacon with one piece of whole wheat bread. The idea of this diet will want you to think healthy not unhealthy. You can have your extra fruits and vegetables if you like but I suggest you start with my plan of just the two meals that I have named.
For Lunch, now dont kill me but it would have to be the same as your breakfast but you can switch it up if you'd like. If you have oatmeal in the morning then have the egg platter and fruits for lunch or vice versa. ALWAYS DRINK WATER during this two week plan. Please! People don't know it but juices and other drinks add on the pounds but water does not. It helps your body rejuvenate, hydrate, and clean your system. You should have more than 6-8 plus glasses a day. By not drinking the regular juices and other drinks, that alone will lose two pounds. This diet will work if you listen and act on it. For lunch, you can also have a salad, with a piece of chicken, and your aloud any vegetables or fruits as well as any dressing you like.
For dinner, you should have a salad just like lunch or a piece of grilled chicken, a bowl of whole wheat pasta and vegetables. Make sure you have water nothing else. I like to stess on this when people ask me, how are you so skinny and well im not on this diet anymore except for the oatmeal in the morning as well as the light lunch I have but I say I dont drink the juices and milkshakes that everyone has these days. Make sure you stress yourself on having water because after the first week you wont even want any juices or anything else because your body has been getting use to the most healthy fluid you can have which is, WATER!
The Exersise that Everyone seems to Dread
Look nobody said a diet would be easy but daily exersize is the key to losing pounds and no matter what anybody says, you'll look the way you want to and like it in the mirror. I cant help but tell the truth but I must look in the mirror about twenty times a day. Sorry I am bragging now but this is my diet that actually does work if you want it to work.
Find a span of a half an hour to an hour through your day and those of you who are more athletic and have been doing exersise make it two hours a day. Truthfully, I want you to run about a mile and a half a day but those of you who cant do that yet a mile. At a jogging pace not walking. After you have done your jog you should and must walk a lap around the track to help your heart rate go down slowly. If you dont have a track near you then take a jog around your neighborhood for about twenty minutes which should be about a mile. Some are quicker than others so that should be a mile and a half. Best bet is get a watch that measures how far of a distance you go rather then depending on the minute span that I have given you. After you have done your mile you must do right away after your done with the jog, do 30 seconds of laying flat on the ground belly side up, legs straight on the gound, by putting your hands underneath your buttocks and lift your legs 3-6 inches from the ground. The video below will show you this to better understand this ab blast exersise. There are also more ab exersises you can try. After the 30 seconds you will feel a burn but try and fight through it, and because your a beginner, you have to go straight to bending your legs and doing quick 30 crunches. After that step, you go to 25 seconds and 25 crunches and go down 5 until you reach 0. Its easy. After you have done this ab workout do as many pushups as you can. I recommend using a staircase so your on an angle and do 15 pushups or at least 10. You will feel the burn in your abs after a few of them. Please after your run make sure you do this ab and pushup workout, its not that much of a workout. Running and doing these workouts helps you lose the stomach and waistline your dreading to go away. You will see in a few days that your pants size is getting smaller and smaller everyday. Make sure after your workout drink water. Do not forget to hydrate yourself before and after your workout!
Resistance
You need to resist the temptations that your body wants as well as the people around you. That is the most important thing of this diet. People will want to take you out to dinner or buy you a drink. Be thoughtful about what you want to do. If you go out to eat stay on this diet have a some chicken and vegetables, no grains for dinner because your body will want to burn the fat instead of the calories which is what you want. Drink a glass of water before you go to sleep. You will have to resist the temptations of junk food and the foods that you normally eat the first week. The first week is the hardest for some people because there body is not use to eating less or more or healthy. This first week of eating oatmeal, eggs, and no calories at night will function your brain to eat healthy while at the same time tricking it into losing pounds. You haven't heard that before right? Well it is true but my way is better because I am telling you the right way to do it. In the end, you will be satisfied and your body will want to eat healthier by the end of this two week diet plan!
