Be aware of any reaction, no matter how small, and report this to your physician as soon as possible. With good diet plan and with healthy food you can lose weight quickly.

Losing weight is not an easy task. You need to take care of lots of things and one of them is level of calories in your body. If calories in your body increase by substantial amount then you are bound to gain some weight. You will gain one pound for each 3500 calories.
