The last thing is exercise make sure you do some type of exercise no matter what exercises can be fun it dose not mean you have to go and join a gym you could go for a walk or ride a bike even taking up some sort of martial arts.

The problem with sugar is that it is in a lot of foods that you eat on a daily basis and you might not even know. If you want to lose weight then you would have to eliminate sugar from everything the only sugars you are allowed to eat is the sugar that comes from natural sources such as fruits. These doses not mean that you can buy a lot of fruit juice from the shops to drink because fruit juice is full of sugar you are better off drinking water.

The second thing you want to look for on the label is fat research has found that some fats are actually good for you because it reduces the risk of heat disease and are very good for the body. This fat dose not come from burgers, chips, fries the fats that you are looking for are polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats these are found in fish, nuts, oils do not get dry roasted and salted nuts.

The third is sodium this is salt sodium is found in all process foods that we eat. Eating to much process food can lead to many different things in your body it makes you retain water which will make you feeling bloated. Too much sodium can lead to heart, liver disease also high blood pressure so you are better off not eating process foods.
