Secret to All Natural Weight Loss
Want to take off a few pounds, but don't want to spend money on pills, excercise equipment, or costly surgery? There are natural ways to lose weight, and they don't all involve counting calories, carbs, or sacrificing the things you love to eat (like sweets!).
Do these methods involve eating the "right" foods? Of course! What could be more natural? Is excercise involved? Sure, but you don't have to work out like an all-pro linebacker in the NFL. Excercise could be as simple as walking around the block (in some neighborhoods, running might be advised, but there are safer alternatives). Do you have to give up some things you like? Maybe. You can still enjoy ice cream, but you should eat one or two scoops instead of a pint (or two).
Will you lose weight quickly? Probably not. Remember, you didn't get in the shape you're in overnight, so it's unrealistice to think you can lose it that way. However, keep in mind the story of the Tortoise and the Hare. What's important is that you begin, and continue with the lifestyle. This will enable you to not only take off the weight, but keep it off.
