Supper: cheese, a cup of tea with milk (without sugar), a piece of bread, preferably a black.

Drink a glass of kefir before going to sleep.

You should always try to stick to a healthy diet, there are strictly defined hours when to eat, do not to overeat. That's nice. But sometimes there are days when avoid a feast and logical overeating is simply impossible. Eat whatever your heart wishes.

For the whole day you are required to drink only 1.5 liters of this so useful fermented milk product.

Such a diet produces slag withdrawal from the whole body. However note that this type of diet must not be abused because it is a heavy burden on your body.

Kefir-fruit diet

It is very similar to kefir mono-diet. You will also have to consume 1.5 liters of kefir in a day. However, kefir-fruit diet implies the inclusion of 1 kg of vegetables or fruits of all types except for bananas and grapes in the daily meal. This diet may take up to 5-6 days.
