YEAH! I FOUND A WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT..EASILY..

A SIMPLE WAY TO LOSE THE LBS.

Since my stroke I decided to take my life in my hands, tipping the scales at 200lbs I decided that to live longer and give my heart a chance I would start losing weight.

I HATE DIETS!

Then speaking to a friend of mine who is a health nut, she reminded me what I had forgotten that I could eat as much as I wanted and lose weight

THE SECRET?

Is just eating what is right for your blood type and eat the proper way.

WHAT IS EATING THE PROPER WAY?

Eating fruits in the morning and veggies in the afternoon & upon rising drink 2 cups of hot water with a teaspoon of Apple Cider "the mother"..spacing 20 min. apart.

Then eat fruits that contain alot of water, melon, plums, peaches - no bananas..

An hour later,  eat your regular breakfast

In the afternoon, make a veggie shake  whatever veggies you like.. wait an hour and then eat your dinner or just have a second shake.

Eat for supper a salad ..

If you eat a steak NEVER eat anything with it..meat is supposed to be eaten alone. If you ABSOLUTELY  want to eat potatoes..wait an hour and then have your potatoes, veggies and salad.

SALAD SHOULD NEVER BE EATEN FIRST!  WHY?

We should ALWAYS eat the food that is heavy and takes longer to digest and eat the light foods after so that the heavy food..like meat ..if you eat last or mixed with the light food takes longer to digest..thus the meat rots and you have stomach problems, constipation etc. The logic behind this, is: THE LIGHT FOOD WILL DIGEST QUICKER! Therefore, the meat won't rot in your stomach.

DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER? HEAVEN FORBID! NEVER! WHY?

What happens to a plant if you over water it?

Only drink water when you are thirsty! 

Eat foods that have alot of water in them, this way it goes directly into the system and you don't risk drowning yourself as water from the tap isn't as natural as in fruits and veggies..like salad.

DON'T EAT AFTER 8 P.M. why?

Your body has been filled with food and water etc all day. Your body must digest and flush everything that it doesn't need. Your body from 12-4 a.m. rebuilds, repairs, digests and flushes out what it doesn't need. If you eat after 8 p.m. or before going to bed, your body will not work full steam and then you wonder why you are constipated!

I eat my chocolate once a week, I keep off the soda's and drink herbal tea drinks and make sure there is no sugar in it.

Keep away from the salt! If you can't live without salt ..get the natural one..it's so salty that you need only a pinch, or put hot spices instead.

Have no more than 2 cups of coffee or tea..no cream or sugar.

This is easy to do..just getting used to eating properly and better..

I HAVE LOST 10LBS WITHOUT REALIZING IT!

I knew I had lost some lbs but didn't know how much until I went to a pre-admission exam where the nurse had to take my weight. She asked me how much I weighed..I said *200lbs* She said, " No way, you don't look 200 lbs.!"

So, I got on the scale and to my amazement 10 whole pounds i had lost in a month! wow! Everyone started asking me what I did and gave them what I have written above..everyone was scrambling to get a pen and paper..lolllllll.

It encouraged me so much to continue that I'm going to get alot more fruits and veggies and make myself alot of smoothies.  YUMMY..

I'm 66 yrs old with a thyroid problem, so losing weight has always been a problem for me..not anymore!

I went to buy a bra and instead of the usual 45DD ..I bought a 42DD!  I decided to try my slacks I couldn't get in.. WHOOPEEE.. I got them on right now!

EAT ALOT OF FRUITS - VEGGIES - SALADS - LIGHT FOOD FIRST - DRINK ONLY WHEN THIRSTY - DON'T EAT AFTER 8 P.M. - FIRST THING GETTING UP TAKE APPLE CIDER *MOTHER*, BUY THE BOOK *EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE BY PETER D'ADAMO.

It's simple, easy, and losing weight without dieting!
