Very Simple Ways To Lose Weight

Losing Weight is Easy

 There are many simple things you can do that can help you lose up to 50 pounds a year! Just do these things and you will be on your way to a new you!

1. DO NOT DIET!- Dieting is just cutting back on foods that can actually be vital to your growth and health.

2. Be more active- Simple things such as standing instead of sitting, or getting up and moving around while watching t.v can be very helpful. Who says you have to sit down while watching the t.v or you can't do some jumping jacks during comercials?

3. Cut back on soda- Studies show that soda is the number one food contributed to weight gain. Try substituting milk or water to drink instead of pop. Also cut back on fatty foods like potato chips and have an apple!

4. CUT BACK ON FRUIT JUICE- Eat real fruit

5. Have your 3 meals- Don't skip meals to lose weight. You are just harming your body's natural processes. A simple breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a couple of snacks, is important to a healthy you!
