A totally free and healthy way to lose weight.

You can loose weight without spending a penny!

Here is a simple way you can lose weight in a healthy and safe way! It's so simple, I'm currently doing it to lose over 150 lbs. Check back for more information and updates.

Everything must be done in moderation and you should consult your doctor with this plan, especially if you have health issues. Please know this works for me and I am not a doctor or dietian. I'm just a lazy mom that is tired of being lazy and fat. Plus, I want to make sure my kid has a good role model when it comes to eatting, exercising and being healthy. Key points: feeling fuller after meals, consuming less over all daily calories of unhealthy foods and exercising and strengthing.

First, you must be ready to make some life style changes. You should have someone to support you on this quest. If you don't, contact me. I'll be there for you. That brings me to another point...don't tell anyone. Surprise everyone, you'll be glad you did.

Second, moderation to everything from what and how much you eat, down to how much and how fast you lose your weight. Even how often and how much exercise. MODERATION!!!! MODERATION!!!!

Third, if you have a hard time doing certain things...start with it. I personally had a hard time with eatting less/healthier and exercising. I just started with different types of exercise. It turns out I love indoor walking and I only do 30 minutes a day. I started trying healthy alteratives one at a time, such as instead of pork bacon, i'll use turkey bacon. Instead of american cheese, provolone cheese.

Forth, I can eat alot and usually crave to do so. So, before every meal...I'll have a big bowl of raw fruit, veggies, nuts or a big bowl of tomatoe, fruit or vegtable soup. It helps me eat less and I get more of the healthy foods. Then, I top it all off by eatting it all slowly and drinking some water. I've noticed pop and sugary drinks make me want more food and end up craving chips.

When you get to 10lbs of weight loss, how will you reward your self? I took 3 hours and went to a movie and bought a new out fit. Reward your self with anything that will make you feel good and show that you earned it. Don't reward your self with food....
