The Quickest Way to Lose Weight.Oh wait, not again

You might have already wondered, why the "quickest way to lose weight" seems so charming and attractive at first, but when it comes to actually following it and putting in some effort most people tend to give up. Isn’t that funny, eh? At first one keeps seeking the so much wanted quickest way to lose weight, but then all of sudden thinks that it does not work. Well, this happens because one starts lacking the spirit of adventure and gets dragged down into the pit of desperation and "will it work?"-like questions.

But fear not, the brave seeker of truth. Together we will step on the path of enlightenment. Whether you have found your quickest way to lose weight or not, some of my tips will definitely help you. Prepare to get you mind bombarded with purge-all-slimy-thoughts cluster bombs. Aye.

First of all, stand up RIGHT NOW. Think of your problem which is connected either with your workout program or diet. Feel the sensations which you get when thinking about your problem. Take a deep breath. And now, the moment of truth…

Scream AS LOUD AS YOU CAN "Yeaaaaaaaaah! Wooooo-hoooo!". Repeat that several times. Can you feel the excitement and joy rising in you?

Now think again of your problem which is connect with your health and the quickest way to lose weight (which you have hopefully found by now).

This time jump up several times. Do it rapidly. Now scream with joy "Yeaaaaah! Woo-hoo!" again. Now say loudly and clearly "I feel AMAZING! I feel GOOD! I am the damn Superman! I can do it!"

Feeling a lot better now I guess? What you have just done is pumped up your state. Whenever you are sad or just bored because your diet or workout program, do this and you will feel much better.
