Do you feel tired, hungry after you have eaten feel like that you carrying some extra weight around have that bit of a over hang on the waist line.
Ever heard off the saying No pain No gain when it comes to losing weight and keeping the weight off.
Well that is now an old saying and it doesn't have to be that way. Common sense and Knowledge are now the way forward,
As an ex personal trainer and fitness instructor the most common questions I would be asked what is the quickest and easiest ways to lose weight. And the other question would be how do I lose my body fat and that could apply to if you wanted to gain size and muscle mass. or lose weight and tone up.
And my answer would always be the same.
Step 1 get a program sorted out by a qualified instructor if attending the gym.
step 2 work at a level that suits you to reduce or stop injuries
step 3 set yourself small and achievable goals re-asses those goals on a regular basis.
Step 4 and probably the most important of all. Gain knowledge on what foods are good foods and what what foods are bad foods. As there a lot of foods out there that calm to be good and healthy foods when they are actually bad for you
Step 5 enjoy the activities you are doing. and enjoy the food you are eating. You don't have to be living off a lettuce leaf to get to aims and goals.
