One Of The Best Way to Lose Weight After Having a Baby
Most women who have given birth discover that, once the baby has been born, there is still work to be done if they want to fit into their old clothes. After giving birth, you are not going to feel even a little bit like doing a bunch of extra exercise and you have already gotten used to a high calorie diet so switching to a lower calorie diet is going to seem too stressful. The good news is that the three hints we will outline here can help you lose your baby weight and that these hints are easy enough that anybody can take them on. So, if you have just had your child, and you are desperate to get back to your pre-baby weight, just follow these tips.
The Reverse Curl: A woman who has just given birth to a baby will need to do some real work to get her abs back in shape and reverse curls can really help with that. For this particular exercise you need to lie down with your knees bent and look at the ceiling. With your feet on the floor near your hips, raise your hips off of the floor while you keep your head and arms on the floor and your neck muscles relaxed (don't forget to breathe in and out). Lower your hips to the floor and then repeat the exercise. Try to do twenty repetitions. If you can't, slowly work up to being able to do 20. Then go for 50, etc.
This exercise is great for your abs and will help you lose the pouch as well as helping you walk straight and with more confidence. Arm Flutters: This is a great post-pregnancy exercise that you can do anywhere--even right next to your baby's crib or bassinet. Simply lay down flat on your back and then put your legs up into the air while keeping them straight. Slightly lift your chest and abs off the ground while also lifting your arms (make sure to keep them straight). Lower yourself to the floor and repeat 20-50 times. This helps strengthen your core and burns more calories. That baby weight is sure to come off in record time as long as you do this exercise at least three times per week.
The Bicycle: This doesn't actually mean you will be riding a bicycle. This is an abdominal exercise that is great for post-natal women looking to lose the baby weight. First, lie on the floor with your knees bent and your calves parallel to the floor. Put your hands behind your head and inhale and then exhale while you draw your abs in. Keep your butt relaxed as you extend your right leg and then rotate your right shoulder to your left knee. Your shoulders and your head should come up off of the ground as you do this movement. After going back to the beginning position, repeat the motion on the other side. Do three sets of twelve to twenty and you'll soon see that baby fat melting away.
If you find yourself weighing more than you would like to after your baby has been born, you need to do something about it. You'll be glad to know that these tips are easy enough to do whenever or where ever you want to do them. Just make sure that you do proper warm ups and cool downs before and after each exercise routine. There are lots of tips to choose from if you want to lose weight but these three tips are a great way to get a proper start..
