If you are like most, you are getting tired of endless dieting regimes with little or no results. The average person spends a great deal of time and money dieting throughout their lives, but for what? MOST DIETS SIMPLY DO NOT WORK!
Before I go any further, I want to let you know that my goal is NOT to belittle you, rather guide and support your weight loss. If I get a little harsh along the way, please understand that your health is in my best interest. Sometimes it takes the harsh truth and the "facts" to get this through.
I’m not someone who has been thin and petit all of my life. I started off when borned at 10lbs. and 10 ozs. And it was nonstop from there. As recently as 2007 I was 425 pounds. But just about 1 hour ago I was on the scale and am proud to say I am now at 185 lbs. The issue of weight loss is important to me because3 my family had an issue with obesity and family members died because of it. The closet family member to befall that fate was my one and only sister so at her death her physician’s suggestion to our entire family was to lose weight. I am thankful to say all of our family with the exception of two of my nieces have lost weight.
