Instead of eating a sandwich with two peices of bread, try folding the bread in half and putting more fillings inside instead. For example, if you make a tuna wrap, instead of eating two tortillas for two wraps, make one wrap with more tuna inside. This will cut down on the carbs and calories from eating more bread.
Try to use less salt, butter and mayo. You will be suprised at how much flavor you can pack into food with salt free spices and condiments that have less fat in them. For example, that tuna wrap mentioned above, try putting in a teaspoon of mustard instead of as much mayo.
