Introduction:

It has never been an easy task to lose weight. Isn't it going to be even more difficult to achieve a quick weight loss? Fortunately for you, this will probably be the last page about weight loss you will ever need to search for. I have researched on many methods to lose weight, and then with all these information about weight loss, i formulated one of the best quick weight loss guide to ensure you finally lose weight effectively.

I believe your mind must be thinking now, "so what is the quickest way to lose weight ?" . The real answer is following a step-by-step guide that is proven to lose weight effectively. And i shall start covering on that in a short while, here is a short overview of what i am planning to cover:

Wondering what does M+P+S stands for? It basically means Mental, Physical and Spiritual. What i would like you to do is to write down on a piece of paper of your current status, listing down whatever relevant to ensuring your weight loss program a success.
Mental: Did you suffer from any emotional trauma of being over weight? Do you have a strong resolve to lose weight? Is there is a powerful enough reason to lose weight? Search through your mind for every experiences that contributes to your desire to lose weight. Don't stop until you write at least 10 good points that could be beneficial to your weight loss program.

Physical: Were you born this way? When did you start becoming overweight? Are you stronger in this over-sized state? Will you weaken if you lose weight? Explore your body and find out which part of you is injured, find your weak spots, etc. And again i emphasize, do not stop until you write down at least 10 beneficial points to contribute to your weight loss program

Spiritual: Something that most people neglect. However, i would like to question your faith over here. Did you make a silent promise to god you will achieve weight loss however failed to do so and sink into deeper depression? Will you be more motivated to lose weight if you believed god were on your side? For this section, unless you are the more pious type, i would suggest writing down at least 5 points that would be advantageous to your weight loss program.


Gather all the points you wrote down into a piece of paper, scan through quickly to ensure that the points are relevant to weight loss, then you are ready to proceed to the next step.

2. List of ways to lose weight

Alright. There are many ways to lose weight. We all know that. Diets, medication, exercise, strict regimes, crash diets, courses, programs, and the list continues. However, in this section, i will only be covering on three of the best ways to lose weight that is effective. Meaning? These methods works! However, you should choose one appropriate method and focus on it, and not all three at once! The reason why there are three ways to lose weight is to cater to a large range of people with their own needs, i will cover about this in more details with the next chapter. Meanwhile let me elaborate more on the three methods.

If you still do not know which weight loss category you belong in, please start from the top, you probably didn't did the the first step ;-) However, there are shortcuts to anywhere worth going. So for your own good, i hope you realized which category you are in so you can apply the appropriate weight loss method yourself.

Strictly only vegetables. absolutely no meat. How about protein you ask? Eat those beans, many kinds of beans, red, black, yellow, green, mix & match them. ( all for the sake of a quick weight loss )

Drink only water, nothing else. ( No sweet, carbonated drinks. Remember you're here to lose weight!)
Exercise in the morning, afternoon, evening, and remember to do your warm-ups and cool-downs. ( Painful isn't it? think weight loss)

A little about myself when i was trying to lose weight

I used to be a little plump.. I never thought i would want to loose weight. And never have i thought of any way to lose weight, because i didn't care.

Then the tummy started to grow even better, friends started to tease, and family started to shun away. That was only when i to decided to find a way to lose weight. I went to google and typed in how to loose weight. Average help. I guess i wasn't specific enough, so instead i typed in best way to lose weight. Nothing new, so i just keep on trying many phrases like weight loss, quick weight loss, fast way to lose weight, tips to loose weight, strategies to lose weight.. And everything that i read, i decided that a summary of everything will be what i need.

So i took down all the information on how to lose weight on the computer, mix & match them. Came up with a prototype weight loss program, applied it, then revised it. Many times this cycle continued. Until i came out with the best way to lose weight. I applied it on myself, and found out its really effective. Hence, i decided this was the way to lose weight. Moreover, its a quick weight loss program, what most people are looking for!
