· Have enough sleep
Oftentimes, people who are experiencing insufficient amount of sleep triggers food cravings. This happens because when we lack enough amount of sleep, we crave for carbohydrate- containing foods (mostly sweets) to boost us with energy and satisfy our body. The end result would be gaining more and more calories.
· Exercise daily
Increase in physical activities has always been a good way to lose weight. Exercising regularly and making our body sweat, burns the unwanted fats thereby, keeping you fit, active and strong. But don’t push yourself too much towards losing extra pounds. Conduct a step- by-step exercise because abrupt changes in your body are also not a healthy thing. Things like doing daily household chores, taking the stairs and walking around are simple activities that slowly burn the fat.
