As of today, there are several weight loss tips and regimen to consider for an easy and natural way to lose weight. But below are the best resources for me.

Eating vegetarian foods or fruit.
Understand BMR or basic metabolic rates.
Try to implement natural weight loss by understanding these 3 important basic body cycles.
Elimination: Appropriation: Assimilation , each cycle runs for about 8 hours long
Elimination happens in the body during 4am (morning) till 12pm (noontime).
Appropriation which is digestion happens between 12pm (noontime)until 8pm(evening)
While Assimilation or the absorption of nutrients in intestine happens at around 8p up to 4am (early morning).
Obviously, our body cannot process 2 different cycles at the same time. Our body cannot eliminate while it is digesting.
Take for instance, if you eat your breakfast of cooked foods or vegetables at 8-10am, your body will stop its elimination process and start its digestion process, thereby hampering the cycle which is not a great way if you wanted to lose weight faster and a lot easier.
Another great way to have a fast weight loss is by eating vegetarian foods or fruits instead of the usual cooked meals or non-vegetarian foods.
Fruits are easily digested, they are sent to the intestines at a faster rate of 20mins. Once it entered the stomach, the longer will be the banana which has 45mins time interval.
Fruits are made-up of units of glucose called the fructose, and are 80-90% water. Fructose is easily converted to glucose which in turn is used to fuel the body for energy.
Eating vegetables on the other hand especially the raw ones are great sources of Vitamins, Minerals, amino acids, glucose and fatty acids which are needed by the body. Vegetables don’t cause deposits of waste hence they do not increase the body mass to make it gain weight.
Understand BMR or basic metabolic rates. It is also important and helpful if you know how many calories you need to burn. In order for us to lose weight fast and easy, we need to know how many calories we need to burn, and understand how metabolism works for each one of us.
According to some research and experts, metabolism is the amount of calories we burn. This must be known since every individual have different metabolic rate.
Metabolism varies from person to person, i.e., metabolism is faster among men, children, pregnant women, those that exercise as well as those who have genetics related to fast burning of calories.
Those with faster metabolic rate because of their genetic capabilities may mean that if they are compared to a person of the same weight, structure or same amount of muscle mass, they will have a faster metabolic rate due to their genes.

People with stress, which is only true for those who are experiencing acute stress, since energy requirements increases. But let us understand that NOT ALL stress related issues are helpful in the increase of metabolic rate.
During chronic stress, the metabolic rate slackens because of its negative effect due to chronic hormonal imbalance or disturbances.
Chronic stress affects metabolism, increasing the tendency for abdominal obesity. Follow steady life routine daily- sleep well, eat properly, because if the body gets disturbances or disorganized, metabolism slows down.
Smokers and those who consume coffee, tea that stimulates the sympathetic system contributes to the increase in metabolic rate.
The easiest and healthiest way to increase our metabolic rate is through exercise. If we exercise, we also double the benefits we get, through exercise- the tendency to increase our muscle mass as well as burn more calories also increases.
