I've been in the fitness training industry for years so many people are always asking what is the best way to help me lose weight or how to lose weight. There are many answers to this question.
First of all if you have a lot of weight to lose it is always a good idea to consult your doctor before you do anything. Don't run out to the local supplement shop asking the guy at GNC how to lose weight because they are going to try and sell you as many vitamins as possible so that they can make a sales bonus.
Talk to your doctor first to make sure you don't have any underlying health problems. There may be some issues with blood sugar, blood pressure, hormones, or many other potential concerns that you need to dismiss prior to starting an exercise routine or diet.

If you want to know the best way how to lose weight it's by combining a healthy diet with a consistent exercise routine. I know this is not the answer that many people want to hear. "Isn't there a pill to help me lose weight?", you may ask, but the tried and true answer is consistency in diet and exercise over fat burning pills. Typically a lifestyle change is the best answer rather than a radical change overnight that plunges you into a new fad diet or exercise routine.
How to Lose Weight Exercising at Home
There are many ways how to lose weight with exercise that can be done at home. My top recommendation for exercising at home is with interval training workouts and bodyweight exercises. Bodyweight exercises can actually be done without any equipment and you can get a combo cardio and muscle toning or building or workout routine.
How to Lose Belly Fat with Diet
If you have ever wanted to ask a trainer "how to lose belly fat" with a good diet they are likely to tell you that you need to eat more meals rather than less. The best way how to lose weight with diet is by eating several smaller meals through the day. This will actually speed up your metabolism and kick start weight loss without even having to exercise (although I still highly recommend exercising for a synergistic weight loss kick in the pants!)
