How to lose weight and get in shape Biggest Loser style!!


I am a fan of the Biggest Loser. The changes those people go through, the weight they lose, and their personal transformation is totally amazing! I often think that if I was on there I would look awesome by the time I was done, I am now where near as heavy as the contestants and don't need to lose as much weight as they do. If I could just get a workout with Jillian for a few weeks I could lose the weight and have the body I've always wanted. I've even considered (for a second, half joking) of "bulking" up and trying to get on the show but realized I'd never do it.

There has to be a better way to lose weight and get in shape. Like most people I have a pile of old exercise videos just sitting around. I'll admit that I have sweated to the oldies, tried for buns of steel and watched hours of instructors in leg warmers and scrunchies on my quest to lose weight. Exercise videos are a great way to get in a good workout, I just never found one that suited me and would keep me motivated to lose weight, get healthy and look great until now.

I was browsing weight loss items online, looking for the one that would help make me skinnier, healthier and happier. I know that the only way to actually do that for me is through my own hard work and that losing weight doesn't come from a pill or starving myself. I stumbled across Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred at thought I'd give it a try because of all the great reviews and my love of the show.

What an amazing DVD! The workouts are intense but doable and I trust no one more to get me in shape that I would Jillian and it lived up to my expectations. The dvd takes Jillian's no nonsense approach to deliver the best workout I've had in my own home. It has only been about a week and I can already feel the difference in my body!

I just wanted to share my experience with anybody willing to read. I have never written a review of a weight loss product or dvd before but for all of you out there searching for a way to lose weight and get in better shape there is something out there that will work for you.
