How to Lose Weight and Get a 6 Pack

If you are reading this then you are quite clearly not happy with your weight!

First of all, let me tell you a bit about myself. At the age of 15, I was the fat kid in my circle of friends, perhaps even my class! I wasn't bullied as such, my charm and good nature made up for that but despite this I wasn't happy. I was never good at P.E, more so I was embarassed to change in front of people. I even played the " Sorry Miss, I forgot my kit" countless times to avoid taking my top off. Needless to say I didnt get many girls whilst all my friends running riot! Summer time was the worst! Sounds simple doesn't it! And I bet you've heard it all before! But with all things its easier said than done! Believe me I've been there!

When I turned 16 I decided I wasn't going to be the fat kid anymore. I was going to change the way I looked and finally be happy with myself. I tried everything, all the diet fads, countless hours of cardio..the usual rubbish you read about on the Internet. Until I found a system that actually works! The main thing to understand when being serious about losing weight is that while regular exercise is important, your diet is a bigger factor on your overall physique! Again I know this sounds obvious but its the truth! What I found however, did not only tell me what I should be eating, it educated me on which foods I should be avoiding. As well as this it told me what fatty foods are good for you! Who would have known fatty foods could have been good for you! Even foods that burn fat! Honestly, this was a true eye opener. Not only did it help me with my diet, it has structured work out methods that beat countless hours on the treadmill which actually burn more calories!

After only 3 months I finally have the confidence to take my top off and flex my guns! It has been such a drastic change I'm the talk of the school! Needless to say I have more girls numbers now!
