The secret of fast weight loss are surrounded by many myths. Year after year, the problem of overweightness grows, and simply put, it is because people are not just eating the wrong foods, but are also eating in the wrong patterns. Our bodies work in such a way that they can be compared to machines, so if we eat the right foods at the right intervals, our machines can actually train themselves to lose the pounds. This does work to an extent with shedding some pounds, but also comes with downfalls. The main problem with a low carb diet is that it makes a person feel terrible. The reason it makes you feel so bad, I found out, is that this type of diet drains the body of most of its energy, since foods that do contain carbohydrates is what gives us that energy. Basically, this diet wears us out.
- Low Fat Diets: Companies have been marketing their low-fat products for decades now and we buy into it, yet people are still getting larger. Why is that? It's because these foods just DO NOT WORK. All the low-fat hoopla is just a marketing ploy. These foods actually tend to make us gain weight too because these companies that promote low-fat actually add more sugar and other enhancements in order to add taste.
So what is the secret of fast weight loss?
Every time we eat, our bodies release fat-burning hormones and fat-storage hormones, which are controlled by what it is that we are eating. But just as important as what we are eating is how often we are eating. Many assume that eating less is the way to go when, in actuality, a diet where you eat balanced meals 3 or more times a day is the ideal eating habit. Eating this way will help the body speed up its metabolism, thus burning those unwanted calories and shaving off that excess weight. We have to train ourselves to stop thinking food is our enemy and to understand that we can actually use food to our advantage. We can shift our calories by feeding our bodies different types of foods each day, which confuses our metabolism into speeding up and forcing fast weight loss.
One other secret of fast weight loss is to never stick to the same exact foods day in and day out. Switch up your diet by eating the opposite of what we normally do, and by tricking our bodies this way, we can lose a lot of unwanted weight.
