If you have little time to join a gym and would like to workout at home there are many different exercises that will help you accomplish your goals. You do not need any weights or home gym equipment, just an open mind and a willingness to stick to a workout plan will be plenty to get healthy and improve the shape of your body.
Do you have stairs at home? Yep, climbing and even running stairs in intervals of 2-5 minutes each day is a great start for a home workout plan. Have a backyard? maybe a front sidewalk? Doing short sprints to get the heart pumping will also burn calories and wake up those muscles. Again this is something you dont have to spend alot of time on just make it part of a daily routine.
Biking is a fantastic low impact way of exercise for your body. Even if you just spend 10 minutes a day riding around your neighborhood this routine will start to increase your heart beat and speed up the metabolism which helps to burn fat cells and improve body shape. Instead of driving to the store or work, ride a bike and feel the difference in your body within a few short weeks.
Skating ot what may be called inline skating these days is another very good workout that requires no real equipment other then skates if you have them. Skate around your local parks and neighborhoods and enjoy a relaxing yet effective way to exercise that is low impace and effective.
Do you have a hill nearby? Walking up and down the hill several times is great strength training for your legs and like most of these exercises will also strengthen lung function so it provides a cardio aspect to the workout as well. Running or walking is effective so this just depends on your fitness level.
So here are the last home workout ideas we discussed.

These exercises will tend to focus on each part of the body which will help you burn fat and lose the desired weight. The focus is to also work the heart and lungs to give you a good cardiovascular workout that will shape your body and and make you healthier in body and soul.
There are several plans available for circuit training at home but some are better for exercising without going to a gym or using alot of weights and eqipment to get the job done. Here is a circuit training workout that may be just what you are looking for.

Muscle Building Workouts At Home
You do not have to join a gym to get muscular and have the body you are looking for. There are many muscle building workouts from home to build mass and gain those hardcore stryations that fitness buffs are always looking for. I was able to shed 10 pounds and add quite a bit of muscle by doing resistance workouts and light dumbell training within 45 days. My routine was simple. I would do 75 pushups each day then 75 situps then dumbell training with 5lb weight stretching my arms out for resistance, doing very slow and concentrated curls, upright chest flies, upright shoulder presses, twists with weights, and some squats. This whole routine with the weights only took 20 minutes or less and I jogged 1.5 miles each night.
Thing is this sounds easy and not what most think of when talking about heavy weight lifting and body building but I seriously got ripped in less then 2 months. I did spen some time on watching my diet also but that just makes sense doesnt it?
We I am certainly no expert but I have spent alot of time in my life working out and running marathons and such. I would like you to consider this a great place to bookmark and use the sites I recommend as references to start working out and getting physically fit this year.
