The old saying "You are what you eat" has proven truer than anyone could have guessed. do you know that some eating pattern or habit are associated with weight gain? i would give you three eating pattern i think would eventually lead to a gain in weight.

1) People who eat four or more times per day are 45% less likely to be over weight than people who eat three times a day or less. Studies have shown that Eating fewer, larger meals may cause insulin to spike, which causes more blood sugar to be stored as fat.

2) Skipping breakfast. People who skip breakfast tend to become over weight than those who eat breakfast regularly. People who skip meals are more likely to overeat at another time. Skipping a meal lowers blood sugar, which triggers hunger.

3) Eating in restaurants. People who frequently take their breakfast or dinner in restaurants tend to face weight problems than those who eat these meals at home. Restaurant meals tend to be higher in calories and higher in fat, and people tend to overindulge when they eat in restaurants. Everything is supersized, so you have a lot and you don't want to waste food, so you eat what you're given, It's important to make smart food choices when eating out.
