How to Lose 10 Pounds within a Week


1) Step one I had to clean and one-day detox - my body and lose weight fast. I prepared a mixture of lemon juice, ginger and honey with water and drank the beverage during the day of detoxification. Whenever he is hungry, I drank. I felt good, as usual, have cramps, lack of energy, nothing. It was not at all difficult, and I am sure it improves the results of weight loss. I know that all the people of detoxification week, but not for me.

2) I have limited quantities of food, because I really need to lose weight so quickly. I had a lot of vegetables, lean meat, fish, eggs, and some fruits (especially), apples and oranges. Eat my new rule is as follows: half of the pot with the vegetables (you should try to avoid the potato too), ¼ of the plate - white meat or fish, and the rest can of fruit (no bananas because they are too sweet flour). I know that eating less is not always an option for permanent weight loss. But it is certainly an interesting option for quick weight loss, and that `s what was my goal. A simple way to reduce the amount of food is given a small plate. However, less food was pretty hard, I admit. But I reached my goal and I am so happy.

3) I have a 2 apples, a can of beans blacks to my daily diet. I had the beans as my main meal, or divided into 2 small meals with vegetables and has been on the side. This is one thing to tell one of the diets. And it works wonderfully for 35 grams of fiber in the form of a daily diet actually lost the extra weight. This fiber cleans the digestive system and improve digestion.

4) I started to make breakfast, and stopped eating at night. AM 7, the last hour of the day, when I get my food. Breakfast improve my metabolism and helped me burn calories faster, even though I never thought it could be so important for weight loss. What excited me. I have avoided at least 10 glasses of water a day, and still today - the water cleans the body, increases the metabolic rate, and you're hungry.

5) I spread my calories as usual during the day. I started eating 5 times a day during meals smaller. In this way I'd never starve.

6) I am limited in fat and sugar and not healthy food, and if I felt like I needed to eat something unhealthy, I put the flour on the first part of the day. As the metabolism is higher in the morning than the evening, and I want to eat a cookie or ice cream once every few days.

7) Instead of fruit juice, fresh fruit I had at any time. The juice is too sweet for the loss of weight, if you`re thirsty, fetch water or green tea without sugar.

8) might be motivated and engaged all the time. I know that if you have to re-use, you do not have time to go into the kitchen. It works wonders.

This plan may seem all too easy to lose 10 pounds in a week - but you follow religiously, and you will see the actual results.
