If it says natural spices/ingredients... They can't tell you what natural is if it's natural??? If it says other? They can't tell you what other is, either?? THROW it away! Your weight loss and health depends on your body getting the right fuel today, tomorrow, forever.
You can't be on a weight loss program and expect that dumping milk into your car will make it run. Nor can bleach be a substitute for gasoline, water or electricity for your car. At some point you are going to see that repairs from huge to small will need to be made. So, do it right the first time. It'll last twice as long. You'll spend less money overall and you'll feel good for years to come.
