Even tried the lose weight fast diets, shakes, pills, whatever. And you have done your sit ups and crunches till you are blue in the face and ready to throw in the towel , but your belly fat is still there...

Next, you should break down your daily meals. Stop eating 3 times a day. It can be difficult to start but disipline is your only friend here. Once you are able to start a routine it will get easier I promise , Just think you will be eating more times during the day. HuH?..
This system causes the body to burn more calories throughout the day. Why? Because the body knows it will be refueled in a short period of time. Now your burning some serious calories. So now the example,
if you were to use a 2500 calorie diet and wanted to lose weight you would break that 2500 down into 6 daily meals which would come out to 416 calories you would be allowed per meal.
If it were a 3500 calorie diet the same would apply. 3500 divided by 6 meals comes out to 583 calories per meal.
The second half of our quest to get rid of belly fat is cardio exercise.
You will need to take the initiative and perform cardio at least 4 times a week. Mandatory!

For those who are just starting out a reminder. Do not exceed the 45 minute rule. When it comes to cardio workouts after 45 minutes your workout will not be as productive..
If you are serious about getting fast results you may want to try and do two sessions. one in the a.m. and one in the p.m.
