How to Start losing.
Warning. Be sure to consult a Doctor before starting a diet or exercise program, because I don't want to be sued or responsible for causing any health problems to anyone. This diet is not for everyone, only those who are really obese, ...or need to lose 8 to 10 Lbs. in one week period before going to a prom, beach or something like that. Anyway Obese or not, still consult a Doctor please.
I did varies of experiments to see which diet works and which doesn't, and found out what works for me. This is what I came up with but you gotta stick to it and don't give up and if this diet makes you feel really sleeping and low on energy stop right away, because even though it helps you lose the weight fast I'm not sure if its safe.
Drink Two glasses of water before each meal this will help you feel full fast and avoid over eating, also you should eat your meal every three hours and smaller portions, & if you still feel hungry, drink lots of water.
We often eat when we are bored, so if you got nothing better to do go for a brisk walk, take up a hubby, or read the bible, do what ever to keep your mind preoccupied so you wont mindlessly eat whatever in sight.
Breakfast is the only meal you're allow to eat carbs and fruits, from whole wheat toast to whole wheat pancakes or even the occasional white bread, when you eat your meal don't stuff yourself full, but eat just enough to satisfy your hunger.
Other than breakfast,you shouldn't eat carbs, the rest of the day only eat Eggs, meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, low fat dairy, and sugar free jello or pudding. But don't eat fruits or carbs pass breakfast time.
Now this is important into really helping you lose the weight fast. Don't eat pass 5 o'clock!That's right, with the low carb intake and fasting pass sun down. I found out you can lose from one and a half or up to two lbs. a day.
So there you have it if you really stick to it you can lose 8 or 10 lbs per week. Just be careful and don't over do it. Take care and God bless.
