How to Lose Weight Fast!!

Losing weight IS possible

Losing weight seems impossible at times, but if you know what you're doing, it can be one of the easiest, and most rewarding things a person could do. I know from experience, I was over-weight my entire life. March 2009, at age 18 I was 5'11" 235 Pounds, 26% Body Fat. 6 Months Later, in September of 2010 I was 6'0" 175 Pounds, 12% Body Fat, with a six pack a. I guarantee you too can obtain the body you desire faster than any diet or workout plan that would cost you hundreds of dollars.

The Hardest Part is Getting Started

The hardest part when it comes to almost anything, especially losing weight, is getting started, but once you are started, you will love the feeling so much that you will have no choice but to continue. There are a few ways you could get started.

1) The best way to get started is to get someone to do it with you, If you have a partner that is also trying to lose weight, it will be beneficial to the both of you. You and your partner will keep each other from losing focus, and you will also push each other and end up competing to see who can get in better shape.

2) Another way to get started is to set goals, Setting goals such as losing 3 pounds a week is a great way to keep track of your progress, as well as gaining confidence by accomplishing these goals.

3) The last way you can get started, and in my opinion, the best way to get started, is to just jump into it head first, with drive, discipline, and focus. We've all been through the point where we would start a diet, and after about a week give up and go out for pizza or fast food. If you can convince yourself to stay disciplined for a solid month, you will see amazing results and that will be enough to convince yourself to stick to it.

Where losing the fat comes into play

Losing the fat is essentially main part of losing weight. As you may know, fat is excess carbs, proteins and sugars, and is released as water and energy. So is it as simple as it sounds? If you run, energy is being released, along with water in the form of sweat? You will lose weight? YES!! It is as simple as that, if you run, and do cardiovascular workouts such as bike or swimming, and of course cut down on the sugars and excess carbs, you will burn off your excess fat in the form of energy and sweat. It is a lot easier than it is perceived to be. All of these expensive workout plans that show "proven results" are just a gimmick to get you to spend unnecessary money on their product which, yes will get results, but is not needed by any means. A simple combination of eating healthy meals, avoiding sweets, white grains, grease, and salt. Along with drinking a lot of water and cardiovascular exercise(more running and endurance than weight lifting, weight lifting and strength building can be worked on after the fat is gone!), will show excellent results.

Fat Burners?

Fat burners will no doubt assist you in losing weight, but they won't work on their own. If you take fat burners while following the tips shown above, you will see results, and fast.
