Great Diet Tips for Fast Weight Loss
Look, you want to lose weight and lose it fast.
I am going to start out with breakfast. As the name suggests break the fast. That is exactly what it is and why it is so important, your body needs energy and it needs it now at breakfast.
So make sure to get plenty of hydration in the form of orange or some other fruit drink and some tea or coffee. Also we need a slow release form of energy to last us until our midday meal, I personally love porridge as this lasts me all morning and does not leave me wanting more food in between meals. Porridge has many more benefits as oats are a proven health food for not only providing slow release of energy but also cleaning cholesterol out of the system. If you do not like porridge find another oaty cereal without any thing else added especially salt. Look for 100% wheat products.
Ok next maybe a single slice of toast with perhaps a marmalade spread or maybe marmite etc. Just wash it all down with some Tea or Coffee and you are good to go until midday without any snacking or munching or nibbling at all.
I cannot emphasize enough what an important meal breakfast is and why it should never be missed. Make sure you get into a regular disciplined routine with this and you are well on your way to the body you always wanted.
