Lose Weight Fast Diets

I have here one of the most effective lose weight fast diets for you to try that is also very easy.

My friend has just lost 10lbs on this in just one week and says it’s the quickest way to lose weight she has found!

It is important to say that it’s intended to be a diet that should only be used for a short time only i.e. no more than one week.

It is also a great detoxifying diet as well so you will also feel great but as I said before, no more than a week at a time.

It’s very simple to follow and what’s nice is that all the ingredients are all fresh and should be easy to get hold of.

The important thing is to not add any salt, oil, rice, pasta, bread or potatoes but instead use lemon juice, chilli, pepper and white vinegar to season.

Sorry. No alcohol!

You must drink 8 to 12 glasses of water a day as follows:

2 when you wake up, 2 before you go to bed and 1 with each meal or snack

All the food can be boiled, grilled, baked, steamed or eaten raw as you prefer.

As I said it’s easy and as follows:
Breakfast.....1cup tea or coffee and one portion of fruit from the list below
Snack..........1 cup of vegetables again from the list below
Lunch..........1 portion meat or fish plus 1 cup of vegetables plus 1 portion of fruit all from the list below

Snack...........1 cup of vegetables from the list below
Dinner..........The same options as Lunch


Easy eh? And I promise you you won't feel hungry provided that you have the glass of water as instructed.

Here is the list

Meat/Fish............Beef, chicken, lamb, tuna, bass, salmon or trout 3 to 5 oz or 2 eggs

Vegetables..........One cup of any vegetable you fancy but not potato or rutabaga/swede

Fruit.....................(either of the following)
1/3 cup of raisins, mangoes or dried cranberries or
1/2 cup of watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, pomegranates, pineapple, grapes, blackberries or blueberries
1 cup of melon, (honeydew or cantaloupe)
1 piece of tangerine, pear, peach,nectarines,grapefruit,banana,apple
3 figs or 2 kiwis or 1/2 an orange or 5 prunes.
