The first one is internal factor which is the food you eat. How much water you drink and pretty much the diet that you are on. If you are eating healthy or not. This does not include diet pills this only includes food and drinks. To lose weight you have to make sure that you are eating healthy.

There are things you must know about the food that you eat. You see people think that because they must go on a diet that they must give up eating good foods. There are plenty of good foods out there that you can eat when you are on a diet, so you don't need to starve your self bro.

For example, if you go to McDonalds instead of buying a cheese burger you should buy a snack wrap. Instead of buying a soda get your self a fruit smoothie. You see how it works.
