My take on diet pills
I'm a fitness instructor and have been into fitness for a long time. I've been working for a local gym here as a personal trainer for a few years. I wasn't sure when I started if I'd like it, but as I got more into it, it felt really good to help people so I stuck with it and got even more into fitness and training.
It's becoming more and more important these days to eat right and exercise because of the growing amounts of processed foods that are becoming available to us these days. It's becoming easier to just go to a fast food restaurant instead of cooking a good meal at home.
It's understandable that our lives sometimes prevent us from eating right. Though there are recipe books and resources out there that tell you how to cook quick meals.
So because being healthy is a growing need, diet pills are playing a huge part in our process to lose weight.
Diet pills original intention was to suppress your hunger so you wouldn't eat as often or as much. While cutting back on big meals is a good thing, cutting back on eating all together is obviously a very bad thing. It's best to eat little meals and to 'snack' (healthily) through out the day then to just not eat.
While diet pills aren't necessarily the way to go (I suggest drinking protein shakes and snacking on fruits, veggies and nuts through out the day), not all diet pills are wrong and not all diet pills will be right for you.
It's impossible to recommend a diet pill since everyone reacts differently to them. I strongly recommend seeing your doctor before buying any diet pills. There are even some strong diet pills in which you need a doctors note to even purchase.
In my conclusion, diet pills, if used responsibly, can help with weight lose (if combined with other weight lose efforts, such as exercising regularly and eating right). But it's extremely important to educate yourself before purchasing.
