Tips For Woman Body Building

Although we often think in terms of men when we look at How to buid muscle mass but women also need to train with weights to look their best.Here are some tips for women who are beginners and want to become Body builders:    1)Once you have decided to build muscles, and strength in your body stick to your goal.You should not neglect or skip the workouts.If you feel to skip the workout remember your goal.    2)Follow the proper form.In the begining, take help of a trainer to workout.If you are not following the proper form, it may lead to injuries.   3)Women have more body fats than men.You have to workout to reduce the body fat and increase the muscle mass.    4)Don't repeat the same exercise constantly it will over stress particular muscle group.   5)Vary your exercises and work on all muscle groups.  6)Start with low weights, later on you can try heavier weights.   7)Don't workout faster because it will not give results.Move slowly and take one to two minutes to contract the muscle, hold the contraction for a second and release in four to five seconds.    8)As every muscle has an opposing muscle so you have to work both the muscles and avoid working only one side of muscles. 9)Select women body building exercises such as building strength in the upper back and shoulders.Focus on building the hamstring muscles to protect against knee injuries.  10)You should have patience when building a body.Change in muscles cannot be seen until five to six weeks.  11)If you lose weight quickly from diet, it can cause quick loss in muscle tissues.Since women have less muscle mass than men, extreme dieting will damage their body.Always follow moderate dieting.    12)You should also include aerobic exercises to keep yourself in good shape.Aerobic exercises help cardiovascular system keeping the heart and lungs in good condition.Exercises for women which help the cardiovascular system are swimming,bicycling e.t.c    13)Exercise during pregnancy produces better muscle tone and helps to lose pregnancy weight.But you should not do high impact exercises during pregnancy.  14)Amino acids and proteins are the building blocks of our body and they help in burning excess calories and fats so increase your protein diet.The food sources which provide proteins are meat, eggs, fish, and poultary.    15)Mostly male body builders make use of the food supplements available in the market but these food supplements have a number of side effects on women.Women should avoid these food supplements and take natural supplements.  THANKS FOR READING.I WILL BE GLAD TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR COMMENTS.
