What A Weight Loss Story


In todays fast pace world many of us don't have time to eat right or exercise. Many people are eating unhealthy and our children are becoming obese. If you noticed many of the foods that we are eating are more chemical than food. Why is this? Why when you look at the label of the many foods, why is it 80% chemicals and not food? This doesn't help when trying to lose weight, it makes it harder to lose weight. So what can be done about this. How do we get those pesky pounds off, without overdoing it?

1. How To Read The Labels

When shopping in the supermarket manufactures are great at putting the correct wording on the front of the package. They use words like low fat, no trans fat, reduced calories, but what do these really mean. When choosing the right food to eat you need to read the label on the back of box. This is where the truth is.This is where you find out whats in your food. When trying to reduce belly fat this is what you need to look at.

1. What is the sugar count, anything over 8 grams is not good.
2. What is fat content, this you need to keep lower than 9 grams
3. When reading the ingredients make sure the ingredients are words you heard of. Make sure it is food and not chemicals. Good rule of thumb, if you can't pronounce it, never heard of it or would never use it when cooking its no good.

2. All Natural Supplements (burn the fat)

Listen we all have different situations so each us needs to take our own weight loss path. Exercise works for some, they join a gym and they get into shape, while others join a gym and don't see any improvement.  Others join programs and go to support group meeting.
