Lose Weight Quickly but Safely
At 27 years of age, i have always battled with my weight, at times ive been 2-3 stone over weight, at other times of my life ive been perfect weight and healthy.
Whilst i have been intrigued and practiced body building, weight loss and general diet and nutrition, i claim to be no expert.
I believe that each and every single method of well being works differently for each person.
The key to weight loss for me was to maintain a positive mind, motivation and determination. Ive tried unproven pills and not eating of which i seriously would not reccommend.
I am not the kind of person that can stick to a balanced diet, i am way too one track minded for that, my attitude like many other people ive met is "its all or nothing", junk food or super healthy!
Things that worked for me:
Eating Cereal (not sugary) 2 x per day with meat and veg - 2 weeks ( 15 pounds loss )
Eating baked beans for 10 days ( 13 pounds loss )
Pure Veg and Chicken for 2 weeks ( 16 pounds loss )
I am in no way condoning that this is ideal or infact a healthy way to lose weight, but it worked for me and it has worked for many of the people i have shared this informaton with.
A healthy mixed and balanced diet is the way to get the best out of your body, but when trying to lose weight quickly, a balanced diet certainly doesnt work for me.
