And the obese person gets stuck at that point despite continuing the program of exercises and controlled diet.
This happens because the body gets used to the rigor through which is placed and adjusted to the new routine and the process of metabolism slows down. We must be smarter than nature to trick your body to lose weight. You have to modify the rules of diet and your exercise from time to time to keep the metabolic process active at all times. Without following this step, then always ask why you cannot lose weight.
