You don't have to take those fad diet pills to lose weight quickly, all you need is determination and the vegetarian diet.Follow these steps and your on you way to losing weight fast.

Cut out all forms of meat and animal. That includes fish and eggs. Cutting out eggs means that you have to make sure to check ingredients in packaged foods to make sure there are none in the product.
NO JUNK FOOD ALLOWED! It can never  be stressed enough that to lose weight that means there is no junk food.
Drink lots of water. Drinking water helps to flush out all the bad toxins in your body. By flushing out all the bad toxins you are healthier and studies have shown that your metabolism speeds up, therefor being able to burn fat and calories quicker.
Eat lots and lots of vegetables.Make sure to have more than your recommended daily amount of vegetables. Like water greens help to flush out your system and keep your digestive system on track.You also need to make sure to eat a good amount of fruit as well.
Intake carbs. You always hear about these low carb diets and how quick you get results. The fact is, it's a lie. You need carbs to keep your energy up and keep your muscles strong. Since you are NOT eating any meat the carbs help to keep your body strong and also add those missing calories. Eating a sufficient amount of fiber is also a must.
make sure to take in more calcium than the average daily recommendation. That means drink more milk and eat more cheese.
You also need to make sure you get enough protein in your diet. This is a main factor you need. eating peanut butter is a good source but not too much of it because of the calories.
Most of all you need to be sure to take vitamins every day. Supplements like vitamin B-12 is important. But if you make sure you get enough protein and vitamins that you need each day and take the vitamins you should be excellent.


this may seem like a lot to take in but in shorter words all you need to do is eat three healthy meals(vegetarian) a day and limit yourself to only 2 snacks a day, along with drinking lots of water and taking your vitamins daily. You should see results in as little as one week. results very with everyone.
