The quickest way to lose 15 lbs
Everyone who wants to lose weight is probably looking for the holy grail of weight loss products or the ultimate elixir to just melt the pounds off of their body. The truth is that losing weight is all about doing the right things over and over again. In order to lose the bad weight and to keep the muscle weight there are certain steps that need to be taken.
I have found that there is only one rule that you must follow in order to truly melt the pounds. That rule is that you must OBEY. You need to set work out goals and stick to them by obeying your schedule. You need to eat less and move more and then obey this advice whenever possible.
The principle of eating less and moving more is founded on the simple equation of burning more calories than you take into your body. By watching the size and amount of your portions that you eat at each meal and by taking a close look at the number of servings per food group then you will be able to better handle the amount of food and calories that you are getting each day. One suggestion would be to write down on an index card or 3x5 cards exactly what you eat and how much you eat of it each day. This is the first part of the equation. The second part is to make sure that you burn more calories than you consume each day. By working out or exercising regularly you will be able to see some major strides toward maintaining a healthy weight.
So remember the burn more than you consume each day. Also remember to try to include more ways to move more throughout the day. This can include taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Jogging or riding your bike to work instead of driving. Doing pushups throughout the day in your office can also help you achieve your goals. Doing sit ups in your office throughout the day is another idea. Pretty much anything that you can think of that will help you to move more.
Keep at it. Don’t get discouraged. Your goals are yours to have as long as you keep at it.
