Lose weight 5 kilograms in a week
I’ve tried so many ways to lose my weight, it is so hard to lose even some pounds in a week! But, after spending 3 like-a-hell months on a diet, finally I found an Absolutely Effective Diet Method for me! I’m not using any drugs or chemical diet products, just natural and easy-to-get menu.
My secret method is : Oatmeal Diet
Oatmeal has advantages to make sure u lose your weight and control your cholesterol level. It is made from oat and doesn’t have any side-effect. I lose 5 kilograms in a week with this method, and I’m going to give you my weekly menus! You should try this one and enjoy eating oatmeal in various ways, because this is one of the most effective ways to lose weight quickly. And you can still have your snacks!
This is my daily menus for a week:

Monday; Wednesday; Friday
*Oatmeal with Low-fat Milk a small amount of sugar(diet sugar if you like)
*Eat anything that doesn’t contain oil/fat
*Oat crackers with tea/coffee
*Eat fruits and oatmeal with skim milk and some non-dairy creamer
Tuesday; Thursday; Saturday
*Wheat bread and a glass of low-fat milk
*Oatmeal mixed fruit juice(strawberry is the best) and low-fat milk
*Tea/Coffee with crackers
*Oatmeal and low-fat milk with chocolate
Sunday
EAT ALL YOU WANT! It is Sunday after all~
I had this for a month and I lost total 15 kilograms only in a month, of course this is an intensive diet menu, do not feel so good but when you have an extremely important event like your wedding ceremony, a photo session, or prom night, you should do this for your own sake.
