Tired of waking up everyday to the same body with your love handles sticking out the sides? Have you tried every method on how to lose your love handles and still have got nowhere in your efforts? Step #1

The most obvious but the most important and can never be said to much. Take away food is no good, so don't eat it. If your serious about weight loss you need a healthy diet and you have to keep at it. Don't worry to much this happens to the best of us, but the important thing is that you don't quit and continue on with your diet as planned. To get rid of love handles you must be burning fat from your whole body at the same time. Why? Those love handles you're trying to remove are very stubborn and is usually one of the last places that fat will remain on the body. To burn you body fat you must do aerobic exercises for an hour every day (for best results), which includes exercises like light jogging and power walking.

So to lose weight quick it helps to do some strength training, get some more muscle which will help burn more fat in between doing aerbic exercises. I would also recommend doing whole body workout instead of just doing abs and obliques (where love handles are) work outs by themselves. The reason is because If you're doing a whole body workout and get a sweat going, this will also act as an aerobic exercise at the same time which will quicken the time for getting rid of love handles.
