How to Lose Weight Permanently
Many people want to lose weight permanently, most people who start a diet itself. True, it is easier to lose weight by avoiding food we love, but when you do that, most of us end up giving up and returning to eat that is bad for health.
It takes a bit about three weeks for the human body to develop a new habit, and usually we cannot lose weight by eliminating suddenly the goodies we love so for at least three weeks.
The secret is therefore, to eliminate the bad foods, but do it slowly. For example, if you eat three bars of chocolate every day, start by eating only twice a day for one week. Then the following week, eat only one a day. Finally, after three weeks you can eat one or two per week. Then, continuing like this, you improve your chances to continue to avoid chocolate bars for more than a few weeks.
Then, continue like that for three weeks, so your body gets used to it, then that's all to do! If you do this with all foods that are bad for your health, you will eventually have to lose weight! And even better, you will have lost forever!
That’s the secret to permanent weight loss. If you want to lose weight quickly is what we have to do. Do not forget the exercise either.
