Firstly, let me tell you that Isabel De Los Rios is not a nobody. She is a very famous nutritionist and lifestlye coach in New Jersey who has studied various factors about fat loss for quite some time. The Diet Solution program tells you about all the diets you need in order to lose weight quickly. Also she busts some unknown myths about all those foods that do not really help you lose weight.
Most of the websites on the internet today will tell you that in order to lose weight, you need to decrease the intake of calories. In other words, they are saying you should stop eating all those foods that are high on calories( cakes, ice creams etc). Some sites even tell you to eat less.
