How To Lose Weight Without Dieting
It is very possible to lose belly fat and weight without exercise (although it's still good for you), and you do not have to follow a strict diet. This is a special diet that improves the body's digestive system and forces it to burn a lot of fat quickly. By following the guidelines below you will make your body burn tons of belly fat and lose weight quickly.
Specify Your Goals
One of the most important steps in losing weight is the setting of specific goals. Most people are contented with saying that they will lose weight and will be thinner by the year's end. Such a broad indefinite goal can often result to frustration or mean that the person is not at all serious about doing something about his or her weight. In the end, such goals can be futile.
In your goal of losing weight, you simply can not look at losing 50 KG in two weeks! Or you can not set a goal of losing a Kg per month and expect your body to be thin in twelve months. The key in setting realistic goals is making sure that you are not making it too harsh or too easy for yourself. And always be conscious about the thin line between reality and hallucination.
How do we develop a new weight loss habit?
Anyone can diet and exercise but not everyone will see good loss weight results! It's not how much you exercise to lose weight. It's when, how, and the types of exercise you do for your particular body type and overall goals that's more important. Same with diet. Most people that drastically make changes to their diet will only see temporary results because the body adapts in a negative way. Not to mention most people won't deprive themselves of the foods they enjoy most for a long period of time.
Proper diet will increase and speed up your metabolism. It is important to never skip a meal or go on any type of starvation diet. You should always eat healthy snacks between meals. The idea is to eat frequently to prevent hunger pangs, and to keep your energy levels consistent which in turn will increase and speed up your metabolism.
Exercise is not just something that we do now and then, we have to make it part of our daily life.
Make it a habit to do a weight training routine regularly. Make it a habit to do some kind of cardiovascular exercise regularly. Make it a habit to stretch daily. Make it a habit to eat proper proportions. Habitually steer away from empty calories especially high sugar foods.
So at first it might feel like a chore to get up off the couch pull on your running shoes and head out the door, but if you are consistent and persistent over time, you won't see that it is a chore anymore but rather it becomes a part of who you are.
The second factor in developing a lose weight is habit is setting up a rewards system. Unfortunately your weight loss program doesn't always yield immediate rewards. For me personally I have to work out pretty hard for one to two months before I notice any physical changes. The reason this happens is that we are used to our bodies, and we may be over critical of our bodies. Our bodies may be changing and we may just not see the actual changes as easily as others do.
You see many of today's foods are processed and are very difficult to digest. Because this is evident, when people eat foods, they have a high probability of not digesting fully. This is one of the main reasons why so many people are constipated and bloated.
Think of your digestive system as a clogged drain. It used to be unclogged but you kept pouring sticky substances into it (Your digested food) and some of it would stick and not go through the pipe. As you kept pouring more sticky substances (more digested food), some of it would get stuck to the older substances that dried up and increase the mass, clogging the drain even more. That is one of the main causes in weight gain. Your digestive system is clogged and needs to be unclogged!
In the end I would like to say that losing weight is not the easiest job but as well as not the tuff job. You have to make your mind strong. I have loose 45 Kg in one whole year but I have taken a help from weight loss program . You can also go for it if you really want to reduce your weight.
